Overview
Archicon Design designed a 2,40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for Vanaz Engineers, a leading manufacturer of industrial valves, regulator valves, CNG & LPG kits, gas pipeline products, non-ferrous forgings, and die-cast components. The facility is planned to optimize production efficiency, streamline material movement, and support diverse manufacturing processes within a single integrated campus.

Our Solution
The facility was planned around the client's manufacturing process, with a centrally located stores area and production workshops on either side to minimize material movement and improve workflow. Supporting spaces, including laboratories and employee amenities, were strategically integrated to enhance day-to-day operations.
