Design Brief :

Concept:

Client requirement was to build the high end branded condos with the variety in budget options.

Two 25th stories (100 M.) breezy tower in RCC with high class amenities like, swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, party lawn, indoor game rooms, 3 sedan size car park for each condos.

Description :  We designed the building on concept of BMW car series like X1 to X7, so that class of the dwelling can be maintained with the flexibility in budget.

There are 3 BHK condos up to 15th floor, 4 bhk exclusive condos up to 24th floor & 5 bhk royal duplex villas at the top two storeys. We also introduced the unique deck terrace feature up to 15th floor.
