Our company collaborates with artists and designers who bring something unique and creative to every space.

Our artists focus on key values in relation to the client, creating designs based on their emotions, ideas, and perceptions. In many situations, the artist has to create a mental image for the client so they can better visualize what would suit the space and enhance its ambience. Sometimes, clients prefer to give us a blank slate and trust us to conceptualize something that makes the surroundings more unique and meaningful.

In this particular mural, the artist had the opportunity to represent her vision and ideas to create a more engaging environment. The following mural was designed for a bank’s corporate office, where the client provided a completely blank canvas. Here is the story behind it.

The Concept Behind the Murals

The bank’s entrance features a tall ceiling with a grand staircase at the center. Two murals were installed on either side of the staircase wall. On the left side, the mural represents rural transformation through the bank’s CSR activities. On the right side, the mural depicts prosperity and growth across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in urban areas. Each mural tells its own story.

Murals certainly enhance the beauty of a space, but they also serve as subtle messengers of a brand’s values and concepts. Especially in a banking environment—often associated with numbers and figures—an emotional narrative can create a deeper connection.

The idea behind these murals was to create skylines filled with human ambitions and aspirations. By supporting human potential through financial empowerment, banks accelerate growth and turn dreams into reality. These murals communicate the bank’s contribution toward socio-economic development, delivering a positive message of growth, progress, and momentum.

Design Language & Material Expression

With thoughtful consideration, the artist chose geometric shapes that are simple, recognizable, and memorable. When used creatively, geometric forms offer infinite possibilities to translate complex ideas into simple visual concepts. In a double-height entrance space, the mural immediately captures attention—even from a distance.

The color palette includes deeply rooted earthen browns, lush olive greens symbolizing freshness, and subtle golden accents representing the bank’s achievements. This combination reflects humility, growth, and generosity.

The massive mural, spanning 240 sq. ft., was created using layered MDF boards to achieve a three-dimensional effect. Stainless steel gold elements were used minimally so that, in contrast with the opaque MDF surfaces, they reflect light and introduce a sense of movement within the still composition.

Symbolism Within the Rural Mural

The rural mural features mountains touching the sky, green landscapes, a house, and a flowing river—resembling a child’s simple sketch. Through CSR initiatives, the bank transforms these imagined sketches into reality.

An upward-facing triangle, symbolizing strength and growth, reinforces the message of development. A downward-facing triangle creates the illusion of reflection, suggesting flowing water and continuity.

Art & Architecture – An Inseparable Relationship

Throughout history, art and architecture have evolved together. One enriches the other. In this project, although the bank already had a prime location and a well-designed interior, the space lacked warmth due to its strong corporate character.

The murals resolved this by introducing playfulness and emotional depth in a subtle manner. They are not overly abstract; instead, they connect easily with viewers and relate to universal aspirations and dreams.

The decision to install a thoughtfully crafted mural—rather than a generic sculpture or painting—was intentional. It symbolically represents what the bank stands for. Ultimately, the silver lining of these murals invites people to pause, reflect, and appreciate the deeper meaning embedded within the art.
