Overview
Archicon Design designed a 1,00,000 sq. ft. cast iron manufacturing facility for Caspro Metals, a leading manufacturer of industrial cast iron products. The facility was planned around the site's natural topography, with multiple production levels and a conventional steel structure to support heavy manufacturing processes while optimizing construction costs.

Archicon Design developed a terrain-responsive master plan, utilizing the site's natural contours to create production platforms at different levels. This approach minimized excavation and site development while improving operational flow. The facility was designed with a conventional steel structure and specialized foundations to support heavy foundry operations.
