Concept & Overview
The towers are planned to allow maximum diffused daylight for all floor plates while reducing harsh sunlight from the South and West, thus assuring the ultimate user of the minimum possible electrical usage for lighting and air conditioning. Keeping enough space for green cover on the plot makes the project more environment-friendly.
Description & Challenge
The biggest challenge for us was to design similar floor plates due to almost identical plot profiles and sizes, yet achieve a distinct identity for all three towers. Additionally, we had to make necessary provisions in the master plan to facilitate future expansion across all three plots without disturbing the existing towers.
