Archicon Design is delivering a 32,000 sq. ft. Wiring Harness Manufacturing Facility for Raisha. Currently under construction, the facility has been designed to accommodate precision wiring harness manufacturing along with a dedicated moulding shop, a 5-ton overhead crane, and a G+1 administrative block. The project focuses on creating an efficient, safe, and future-ready industrial environment that supports streamlined manufacturing operations.

Our Solution

Archicon Design developed a process-oriented facility layout that optimizes production flow, material movement, and functional zoning. The manufacturing block has been designed to accommodate the moulding shop and 5-ton overhead crane, while maintaining clear circulation paths for smooth operations. The G+1 administrative block has been strategically integrated to support factory functions, and the coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP design ensures efficient project execution and long-term operational performance.
