Project Overview
Archicon Design is providing Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Landscape Design for a 57-acre integrated industrial campus comprising a 14 KLPD Malt Spirit Plant, Grain-Based Ethanol Production Facility, Maturation Hall, and supporting infrastructure. The project includes campus retrofitting and modernization to create an efficient, scalable, and future-ready manufacturing facility through integrated planning and engineering.
The Challenge
Integrating new production facilities within an operational industrial campus, retrofitting 50 acres of existing infrastructure, coordinating multidisciplinary services, optimizing utility planning and site circulation, and planning for future expansion.
