Overview

Archicon Design transformed a 60-year-old abandoned industrial building into a state-of-the-art Research & Development Centre for Tata Motors. Instead of demolition, the existing structure was retained, strengthened, and reimagined into a 1,50,000 sq. ft. sustainable R&D campus, creating a modern workspace while preserving valuable infrastructure.
